We are the proud alumni of Dipendra Police School, now known as Nepal Police School—an iconic institution that has shaped thousands of lives since its establishment in 2040 B.S. by the visionary leadership of the late IGP D. B. Lama. Affectionately known as D’Cops and N’Cops, our alumni community honors both the legacy and the future of this unique school.

Nepal Police School (NPS) is a not-for-profit educational institution run under the patronage of the Nepal Police Educational Trust. Initially founded to serve the children of Nepal Police personnel—many of whom are stationed far from home in service to the nation—the school has grown to welcome students from all walks of life, earning a reputation for academic excellence, discipline, and integrity.

Nestled atop a serene hill in Sanga, Kavre, along the Araniko Highway, the school offers a peaceful and inspiring learning environment just outside the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu. With its lush greenery, clean air, and panoramic views, the school’s tranquil surroundings have made it a truly special place to grow, learn, and form lifelong bonds.
